Helping SEVENco launch their new brand and battle with the big boys in the coworking office space.
An experienced and insightful group of commercial real estate pros needed guidance rebranding and relaunching the new SEVENco brand. The brand needed to be positioned for rapid growth. In addition they required a comprehensive marketing plan that could be scaled and rolled out to new locations across the US.
Performed extensive research and crafted a compelling brand positioning to attract SEVENco's shared office, coworking, remote office and event space prospect segments. We then led the creation of an engaging new website. Finally we developed their Marketing Roadmap and Playbook including messaging, tactics, timelines, offers and CTA's for SEVENco's website, social/paid media, email, grassroots and event marketing.
SEVENco achieved an astounding 97% occupancy rate within the first few months of the brand launch and a 50% increase demand in co working and other highly profitable membership services. The successful lead generation program is being rolled out and customized as new locations are opened.

Lead Generation Roadmap
Lead Generation Roadmaps were developed to align messaging and tactics including paid search, social media and email marketing workflows. Local community prospecting playbook incorporate local event and group outreach, as well as other location-specific grassroots tactics.
